1. Proficient in Linux(Redhat, Fedora) system admin
2. Proficient in C/C++ programming
3. Proficient in linux Shell/perl programming
Be familiar with software testing processes and relative tools usage
1.  Familiar with common software testing knowledge. 2.Experience in testcase design, implementation, test execution, report and  verification. 3.Proficient in program management tools, such as bugzilla, clearquest.
Understanding of Linux system programming

Familiar with common operation system knowledge and hardwares, multicore architect is a plus
Bachelor or Master degree major in Computer Science or related ones, at least 2 Years software developing or testing experience      Good communication skills and good at written/spoken English    Smart, self-motivated, good teamwork spirit
